Ruben Amorim has rubbished speculation he has spoken to Liverpool and agreed to succeed Jurgen Klopp at Anfield.
Reports earlier this week suggested the Sporting CP boss had had an interview with the Merseyside club at which terms were successfully negotiated.

But, speaking ahead of his side’s game with Gil Vicente tomorrow night, Amorim told a news conference: “This is the last time I am going to talk about my future.
“There was no interview, even less so an agreement [with Liverpool]. The only thing we want, everyone here, is to be champions with Sporting and nothing will change regarding that.
“I will say it again: I’m the Sporting coach, there was no interview with any club, no agreement with any club.
“I am focused, as always, on defending Sporting.”
Sporting’s chances of winning the Primera Liga title were greatly enhanced by last Saturday’s 2-1 defeat of closest challenges Benfica.
Amorim’s men are now four points clear with a game in hand.
His impressive work in Lisbon was reported to have caught the eye of Liverpool, although the club also denied any contact had been made with the 39-year-old.
Liverpool’s quest to find a replacement for the departing Klopp remains ongoing with another target – Xabi Alonso – opting to remain in Germany with Bayer Leverkusen.
