Liverpool full-back Kostas Tsimikas says Mohamed Salah “deserves everything” after the Egypt international achieved another personal milestone at the weekend.
Salah scored his 200th Liverpool goal, from just 327 games, to help Liverpool come back from 1-0 down to win 2-1 at Crystal Palace and move to the top of the Premier League.

It was the Merseysiders’ fourth successive win in all competitions and Tsimikas, who has impressed after getting an extended run in the team due to an injury to first-choice left-back Andy Robertson, knows how pivotal Salah is to their title chances.
He told Liverpool’s official website: “It’s crazy how good he is, as a player and especially as a man.
“He always works very hard and always tries to work more, especially with finishing. He absolutely deserves everything.
“He’s my guy in the team, we are always together. I’m really happy for him and glad to have him next to me for his achievement.”
Jurgen Klopp’s men were not only indebted to Salah at Selhurst Park but also returning goalkeeper Alisson who produced several good saves, including one from Joachim Anderson deep into stoppage time.
“When we speak about Ali we are speaking, for me personally, about the best goalkeeper in the world. What saves, unbelievable! What a guy as well,” added Greece international Tsimikas, who is satisfied with Liverpool’s progress as the season enters a hectic period.
“At the start of the season we made some changes, especially in the midfield position, and we set our goals. We said from the start of the season we go for everything we can,” he said.
“We have to take it game by game until the end of the season and I think the future can be bright for us. We have to work even harder just to give absolutely everything on the pitch.”
