FPL 2023-24 – Differential XI For Gameweek 8

-

Differential hunters look no further, as we have you covered for Gameweek 8:

All selected players have an ownership below 15% at the time of publication:

3-4-3

GOALKEEPER: Nick Pope – £5.5m – Newcastle
Fixture: vs West Ham (a)

Three straight clean sheets in the Premier League, and almost kept PSG scoreless in the Champions League on Wednesday!

DEFENDER: Trent Alexander-Arnold – £7.9m – Liverpool
Fixture: vs Brighton (a)

Not often that such an explosive option is a differential. Provided an assist in the Europa League on Thursday and appears to be fully-fit.

DEFENDER: Joachim Andersen – £4.8m – Crystal Palace
Fixture: vs Nottingham Forest (H)

Has more points to his name than any other defender so far this season, yet is still owned by just 12.5% of FPL managers.

DEFENDER: Levi Colwill – £4.6m – Chelsea
Fixture: vs Burnley (a)

Produced a 12-point return in Double Gameweek 7, and is likely to remain at left-back given the injury situation at Chelsea.

MIDFIELDER: Luis Diaz – £7.5m – Liverpool
Fixture: vs Brighton (a)

Denied a goal that should have stood last week, and takes on an incredibly leaky Brighton outfit in Gameweek 8.

MIDFIELDER: Dejan Kulusevski – £7.0m – Tottenham
Fixture: vs Luton (a)

The differential option while the masses opt for Son and/or Maddison. Has scored the same number of Premier League goals as the latter this season.

MIDFIELDER: Miguel Almiron – £6.3m – Newcastle
Fixture: vs West Ham (a)

Has come into a nice run of form for a high-performing Newcastle side, and has shown in the past that he can produce big points when his confidence is up.

MIDFIELDER: Pedro Neto – £5.7m – Wolves
Fixture: vs Aston Villa (H)

Has quietly logged an attacking return in Wolves’ last five Premier League fixtures. An intriguing option in the West Midlands Derby.

FORWARD: Darwin Nunez – £7.4m – Liverpool
Fixture: vs Brighton (a)

Three goals and two assists in the Premier League this season, and is likely to be given space to run into against Brighton in Gameweek 8.

FORWARD: Rasmus Hojlund – £7.1m – Man Utd
Fixture: vs Brentford (H)

One of the few shining lights in the Man Utd squad recently, and was particularly impressive in Champions League action on Tuesday.

FORWARD: Dominic Calvert-Lewin – £5.8m – Everton
Fixture: vs Bournemouth (H)

Appears to be finally approaching full fitness and takes on winless Bournemouth in Gameweek 8.
