In what has been a week full of injury flags on the FPL site, we take a look at the current status of some key fantasy assets.
Sven Botman (Newcastle) – 50/50
Eddie Howe has said he will give his centre-back “every chance” of inclusion in the Double Gameweek fixture with Burnley.
William Saliba (Arsenal) – LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE
The Arsenal centre-back is suffering from a minor knock at the moment, but he has been spotted with the travelling squad to Bournemouth so the prognosis is positive.
Reece James (Chelsea) – OUT
The right-back is a week or so away from a return.
Ben Chilwell (Chelsea) – OUT
A hamstring injury sustained in the Carabao Cup midweek will keep the injury-prone defender from participating in DGW7.
Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool) – LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE
Jurgen Klopp has stated that his right-back has trained without any issues, so he has a strong chance of involvement against Tottenham.
Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) – 50/50
Mikel Arteta did not sound too positive on the fitness of his right winger, but he has since been spotted with the team that has travelled to Bournemouth.
Heung-Min Son (Tottenham) – LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE
The South Korean was nursing a minor knock, but has seemingly come through training unscathed.
James Maddison (Tottenham) – LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE
Like Son, was able to participate in training in the lead up to Tottenham’s DGW7 clash with Liverpool, so should take his place in Ange Postecoglou’s starting line-up.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle) – OUT
Will not feature for Newcastle until the new year after suffering a bad injury against Sheffield Utd last weekend.
Odsonne Edouard (Crystal Palace) – OUT
The in-form Palace striker has been ruled out of DGW7 with a hamstring injury.
