FPL 2023-24 – Gameweek 10 Highest Scorers

-

Which FPL assets excelled in Gameweek 10? We take a look.

Eddie Nketiah (£5.5m) – 17 Points
With Gabriel Jesus currently injured, Nketiah is tasked with leading the Gunners frontline and he did that to great effect in Gameweek 10, scoring a hat-trick as Arsenal saw off Sheffield Utd in comfortable fashion. A small percentage of FPL managers invested in Nketiah prior to his treble, but his ownership is surely set to rise significantly following his 17-point haul against the Blades. Available for just £5.5m at present, Nketiah represents excellent value for money right now.

Erling Haaland (£14.0m) – 16 Points
By his own stratospheric standards, Haaland was going through something of a rocky patch in terms of FPL points as you had to go back to Gameweek 4 to find the last time he reached double figures. That all changed in Gameweek 10 though, with the Norwegian helping himself to two goals and an assist in the Manchester Derby. That totalled 16 points, and made him the top FPL point scorer among forwards once more.

Callum Wilson (£7.8m) – 13 Points
Like Nketiah, Wilson benefitted from a positional rival being injured with the absence of Alexander Isak ensuring a start for the Newcastle striker. Wilson duly showed what he is capable of with a brace against Wolves, taking is tally to seven goals in the Premier League this season. The Englishman has returned 19 points over the course of the last two gameweeks, and is only owned by 5.2% of managers at present.

Moussa Diaby (£6.7m) – 13 Points
It seemed like Ollie Watkins has been scoring all of the points among Aston Villa assets lately, but Gameweek 10 saw Diaby steal the plaudits, with the summer signing both scoring and assisting in the 3-1 win over Luton. His 13-point return was his highest of the season, and he is clearly enjoying his advanced role alongside the aforementioned Watkins. Priced at just £6.7m, Diaby is an affordable and high-performing FPL asset.
