FPL 2023-24 – Free Hit XI For Gameweek 4

-

Here’s a rundown of our suggested Free Hit team for Gameweek 4.

The following team is within the £100m budget at the time of writing, with the cheapest possible substitutes used:

3-5-2

GOALKEEPER: Ederson – £5.6m – Man City
Fixture: vs Fulham (H)

Has conceded just once in three Premier League games and plays for a Man City side who have kept four successive clean sheets at home in all competitions (dating back to last season).

DEFENDER: Ben Chilwell – £5.8m – Chelsea
Fixture: vs Nottingham Forest (H)

Relentlessly attacking down the left flank and somewhat unfortunately not to have added to his one attacking return so far this season.

DEFENDER: Malo Gustu – £4.1m – Chelsea
Fixture: vs Nottingham Forest (H)

Reece James’ deputy logged two assists and a clean sheet against Luton last week and looks an excellent value-for-money asset right now.

DEFENDER: Destiny Udogie – £4.6m – Tottenham
Fixture: vs Burnley (a)

Earned 12 FPL points for his owners in Gameweek 3 and his side now take on a Burnley outfit who have lost both Premier League games to date.

MIDFIELDER: Mo Salah – £12.5m – Liverpool
Fixture: vs Aston Villa (H)

Is yet to blank and remains Liverpool’s biggest and most consistent attacking threat. Six career goals and four assists against Villa.

MIDFIELDER: Phil Foden – £7.6m – Man City
Fixture: vs Fulham (H)

Illness limited his participation last week but made an impact as soon as he came on and is likely to start in Gameweek 4.

MIDFIELDER: Raheem Sterling – £7.2m – Chelsea
Fixture: vs Nottingham Forest (H)

Looks in red-hot form following his 19-point haul against Luton. Likely to be Chelsea’s danger man once again.

MIDFIELDER: Jarrod Bowen – £7.0m – West Ham
Fixture: vs Luton (a)

Consistently producing attacking returns for an in-form West Ham side, and takes on a Luton outfit who have conceded seven goals in their two league games to date.

MIDFIELDER: Bryan Mbeumo – £6.8m – Brentford
Fixture: vs Bournemouth (H)

One of the highest-scoring fantasy midfielders so far with 25 points from three games, and takes on a Bournemouth side who have conceded in all three competitive games they have contested this season.

FORWARD: Erling Haaland – £14.0m – Man City
Fixture: vs Fulham (H)

Despite a missed penalty, was back to scoring ways against Sheffield Utd last week and is never far away from another monster haul.

FORWARD: Michail Antonio – £6.0m – West Ham
Fixture: vs Luton (a)

Often goes on scoring streaks and has found the net in his last two games for the Hammers.
