FPL 2023-24 – Gameweek 11 Highest Scorers

-

It was a low-scoring gameweek for many FPL managers, but there were still a few standout performers who produced significant hauls.

Jeremy Doku (£6.6m) – 22 Points
Owned by under 5% of FPL managers, summer signing Doku has been largely overlooked in the fantasy community so far, with other Man City assets taking precedence. However, that could be set to change following the Belgian’s mammoth 22-point haul in his side’s emphatic 6-1 victory over Bournemouth. Doku was heavily involved throughout and ended with a goal and four assists for his efforts. Given that he was benched in City’s midweek Champions League tie, Doku stands a good chance of starting against Chelsea in Gameweek 12.

Nicholas Jackson (£6.8m) – 16 Points
It’s not been plain sailing for Jackson in his first season at Chelsea, with the Blues striker facing plenty of criticism for the amount of missed chances he has been responsible for. Indeed, the 22-year-old was heavily-owned by many FPL managers in the early weeks of the season, and failed to produce the goods. Gameweek 11 was an altogether different story though, as Jackson – owned by under of 5% of FPL bosses now – helped himself to a hat-trick in the action-packed clash with Tottenham on Monday. Could this be the start of a sustained run of form for the enigmatic frontman?

Tyrick Mitchell (£4.6m) – 15 Points
A first Premier League goal since the 2020-21 season came the way of Mitchell in Gameweek 11, as Crystal Palace returned to winning ways thanks to an assured 0-2 victory at promoted side Burnley. Joachim Andersen has generally been the go-to Eagles defender this season, but with the centre-back having now risen to £5.1m, Mitchell represents a cheaper route into Roy Hodgson’s sturdy backline. The left-back earned 15 points in Gameweek 11, the joint-most among defenders.

Harry Toffolo (£4.4m) – 15 Points
Mitchell shared that accolade with a fellow left-back, as Nottingham Forest’s Toffolo played a crucial role in his side’s excellent 2-0 win over in-form Aston Villa on Sunday. Toffolo set up both of Forest’s goals, taking him to three assists for the Premier League campaign, and given the fact he has started three of his side’s last four games in the division, he may start attracting some interest from FPL managers. Among defenders, only Kieran Trippier and Vladimir Coufal have registered more assists in the Premier League this season.
