With Gameweek 12 on the horizon, we take a look at the current injury situation surrounding some significant FPL assets.
Mark Flekken (£4.5m) – Brentford
A dead leg cut short Flekken’s participation in Gameweek 11, but given it is such a minor injury, the Brentford goalkeeper is likely to be available in Gameweek 12.

Matty Cash (£5.2m) – Aston Villa
A shoulder problem forced the Aston Villa full-back off against Nottingham Forest on Sunday, but the severity of the issue is currently unknown.

Micky van de Ven (£4.7m) – Tottenham
The Spurs centre-back suffered what appeared to be a hamstring injury in Gameweek 11 and looks set for a spell on the sidelines.
Status: OUT
Dan Burn (£4.7m) – Newcastle
Burn was taken off at half-time against Arsenal on Saturday with a back problem and it is has since been revealed that he is likely to be out of action for a couple of months.
Status: OUT
John Stones (£5.3m) – Man City
After not long returning to action, Stones is now looking at another spell in the treatment room and will definitely not be available for the Gameweek 12 clash with Chelsea.
Status: OUT
James Maddison (£8.1m) – Tottenham
A knock to the ankle was partly the reason Maddison was subbed off against Chelsea on Monday, but Ange Postecoglou’s post-match comments indicate that the midfielder should be available this weekend.
Status: LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE
Martin Odegaard (£8.4m) – Arsenal
The Norwegian has not played any part in the last two gameweeks, and the situation surrounding him is still unclear. Arsenal’s midweek Champions League tie may reveal more about the midfielder’s condition.

Callum Wilson (£7.9m) – Newcastle
The injury-prone striker felt something in his hamstring during Tuesday’s Champions league defeat to Dortmund, so his Gameweek 12 participation in certainly in question.
