His Tottenham debut came against Brentford on the opening day of the 2023-24 campaign and he has quickly become a first-team regular under Ange Postecoglou.

Udogie capped his rise to prominence by making his Italy debut in the Euro 2024 qualifier against Malta in October.

“I’m happy because I think to be here at this club is a big dream for me, I am really happy for this opportunity,” he told the club’s official website.

“From the first day I came in, I feel at home. I feel so welcomed and I am happy to be here.

“I had one objective, to show my best and help the team. I am happy with the way it’s going but we can do more. I will keep working to do more.”
